Spin S-100T

The Spin S-100T is a scooter designed from the ground up for sharing. The T stands for tough, and the vehicle is designed to withstand shared use for over three years in an urban environment. The robust construction drove a unique, angular aesthetic that makes the scooter uniquely Spin.

I managed a team of designers on this project. We worked closely with both Spin's in-house engineering team and 3rd party contracters for over two years to design and develop every part of the vehicle to pass stringent reliability testing.

The S-100T was test deployed in the Sacramento area before Spin was acquired by Tier Mobility and ceased development of its custom hardware.
